4.3 We will not guarantee that the software will be without errors or software failures or service interruptions. 4.6 You acknowledge that it is not under our control how you use the Services, website, or Software. The use of our Software is at your own risk and we shall, in no event, be liable to you or someone else, for any direct, resulting, incidental or special damage or for any loss of any type.

In the event you are not able to provide us with the requested materials, within a reasonable time frame of maximum 30 days, we may close your player's account and or a withdrawal may be refused and winnings can be voided. These consequences may also occur in the event if the player is found to have supplied false or misleading information or is not handling within the time frame of 30 days after receiving the request. Entering a false /not valid phone number may result in a delay of your requests.
5.8 General Conditions of Use E-voucher applying to Epro solution (v2.2)
- E-PRO is a payment solution provided by EMP Corp, an E-money agent, based on E-money and E-wallet.
- E-PRO is an E-Voucher issued by EMP Corp, being resold by First Remit Limited (UK), a registered money service business with Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs certificate number 12679642 & fully authorizedby the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) as a payments institution, with reference 622935.
- E-Pro e-Vouchers resold by First Remit will show in your card statement as "Online Payment".
- An E-VOUCHER, constituting electronic money, is generated in the event of an intervention by EMP Corp to pay for the services offered on the MERCHANT SITE.
- If the payment service provider is EMP Corp, the transaction will result in the creation and purchase of electronic money issued by an E-money Issuer, to be used to credit an E-wallet.
6. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Procedures
6.1 AML Procedures: To reduce the possibility that our operation is used as a means to launder money:
- Only bets from known individuals are accepted.
- Cash deposits or withdrawals are not accepted.
- We reserve the right to limit bets without prior notice.
- Betting activity will be monitored for irregular patterns.
- All withdrawal requests will be manually checked to ensure withdrawals are always paid out to the same account used to deposit whenever possible. (Note: We will protect ourselves by only accepting withdrawals payable to a bank account in the name of the player as well as by carrying out KYC procedures on our players).
- Players who deposited but did not place any bets, or only made a deposit to receive free spins, cannot withdraw any money from their casino account. A player always needs to have placed at least his deposit amount in bets before he or she is able to withdraw the money.
Player registration is the first step to prevent money laundering. We get to know our players when they register and provide their personal details truthfully, as well as performing KYC procedures with those players which meet established parameters. Furthermore, by not accepting cash deposits and withdrawals, we create a second control in limiting money laundering, which in most cases ensures that deposited funds have already been processed by a financial institution. The definition of money laundering also includes funds wagered that were derived from criminal activity. We will investigate any suspicion or report money laundering activity in order to ensure that no such activities are being carried out through the operation. Necessary training for personnel in anti-money laundering and fraud procedures shall be provided.
6.2 AML Reporting: All personnel must report any suspicion of money laundering to the MlRO who will, in turn, escalate and investigate the reports as necessary.
7. Your responsibilities
7.1 The fact that our website is available to you, means no representation or guarantee - with respect to the legality or otherwise - of the accessing and use of the Online Casino in your country of residence. It is exclusively your responsibility to decide whether such accessing and use of the Online Casino by you is legal. We further warrant in that respect that it does not intend to enable you to breach any applicable law.

7.5 Payments: You agree and are familiar with the fact that we, or a payment processing company, on our behalf, will handle all financial account transactions ("Payment Processor"). 7.6 You are aware of and you agree that 24Bettle can decide at her own standards, that the maximum amount that a Player can request in one time is € 5.000 per withdrawal. Withdrawals will be handled within maximum 48 hours, in normal circumstances.
7.7 You are aware of and agree that the Casino can withhold / postpone or suspend a payment of your withdrawal if your account has been inactive and no wagering has been made in the same calendar month. This condition also applies to winnings of progressive jackpots.
7.8 Please note that we will attempt to accommodate your request regarding the payment method and currency of payment of your withdrawal. This, however, cannot be assured. Therefore, we may process and pay withdrawals in a different payment method than the one requested by you, such as through different payment providers, a bank draft or wire transfer. Also, in certain cases, the currency of your withdrawal may not be the currency in which your deposit was made or that was otherwise requested by you.
7.9 You accept that the random number generator from our game providers will determine the outcome of the games played on the Online Casino and you accept the outcomes of all such games. 7.11 You will not commit any acts or display any conduct that damages our reputation or our software provider or any other related service providers. You acknowledge that if your Player Account is opened you will fully indemnify us and hold us harmless from and against all and any losses, costs, expenses, claims, demands, liabilities and damages however caused that may arise as a result of your:

- Breach of any of the terms and provisions of this agreement.
You further agree to fully indemnify, defend and hold us and our officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors and suppliers harmless, from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of any breach of this Agreement by you, and any other liabilities arising out of your use of the Online Casino or the Software.
7.12 24Bettle may, at his own discretion, decide to pay the amounts over seven and a half thousand accumulated monthly winnings, as a whole, in weekly or monthly terms, depending on the players loyalty and past behavior. Jackpot payouts, can be excluded from this term in the event the funds for the jackpot are shared between several suppliers, these winnings will be paid as a whole on the moment the funds are received from the network and after verification. Withdrawals depend on verification of all required documents as set in clause 5.8. 24Bettle may decide to – on your request– pay winnings (partially) to a Neteller / Skrill account. All other payouts will be done by bank wire as a default.
7.13 You are taking the responsibility for your gambling behaviour. You are aware of the procedure to request an account block and/or limits mentioned on the website. You are aware of, and agree, that the Casino is operated as a stand alone brand, and excluding you from this website does not automatically result in the fact that you will be blocked or limited on other websites owned or operated by the same company. You are solely responsible for the exclusion on other brands and online casinos, even if they are operated by the same company. Preliminary exclusion in the form of mentioning your IP, email address, username and/or last name can not be guaranteed on any website and/or 24Bettle. You will hold us harmless against any claims and damages, and you are aware of the fact that you are not entitled for any compensation or refund, if you did not exclude yourself actively on all the brands by the company; after you registered yourself.
7.14 We reserve the right to adjust this agreement from time to time as set out in clause 9 beneath. It is your responsibility to check from time to time and see whether the terms and conditions have changed. This includes, but is not limited to, changes in promotions, bonus terms and sportsbook terms.
8 Your warranties and representations
You warrant and recognize that:
8.1 You are acting on your own behalf and as a private person.
8.2 You are not a resident of Costa Rica, Kahnawake, Gibraltar, Israel, Estonia, Philippines, Turkey, Hong Kong, UK, USA and US Territories, nor you are restricted by limited legal capacity; nor you are classified as a compulsive gambler; you are not under the age of either (i) 18; or (ii) the age at which gambling activities are legal under the law of the jurisdiction that applies to you, whichever is greater. And, you acknowledge the fact that the offered game portfolio can vary per region and/or country. In the event that you are a resident from the UK, and you did place a bet, we may, at our own discretion, decide to void these bets and eventual winnings and/or return your deposit.
8.3 All details which you give or have given in the process of registering with the Online Casino are accurate and that you will continue to update such details should there be any changes. The debit/credit card details supplied by you in the registration process are those of the registered account holder and the card has not been reported as lost or stolen.
8.4 You are fully aware of the fact that there is a risk of losing money through the use of the Software to play games on the Online Casino.

8.6 You are not depositing funds originating from criminal and/or un-authorised activities; you are not otherwise conducting criminal activities and/or intending to utilise the Player Account in connection with such activities. You are not using or intending to use or intending to allow any other person to use the Online Casino and the Player Account for any prohibited or unlawful activity, including but not limited to, fraud or money laundering, under any applicable law in particular your jurisdiction and the laws that apply to us.
8.7 You do not conspire or try to conspire or intend to take part in, directly or indirectly, in whatever kind of conspiracy scheme with none of the other players during participation in any of the gambling games in the online casino.
8.8 You are not one of our officer, director, employee, consultant or agent or of one of our affiliated or subsidiary companies, or suppliers or vendors, and you are not any of their relatives as well (for the purpose of this clause, the term "relative" means spouse, partner, parent, child or sibling). In any event that you have breached this prohibition, among others actions that will be taken against you, you will not be entitled to any of your winnings and we have the right to collect any damages, losses, or what so ever which are caused by breach of this term.
8.9 You have not previously held a Player Account which was suspended or terminated either by us or by any other online gaming operator, charged back any monies via a Player Account or maintains a current Player Account; and in opening the Player Account you will not provide any information or make any statement to us which is untrue, false, incorrect or misleading.
9.2 If you continue to use the Website or the Online Casino after we have updated the changes (regardless to the way we have notified of such changes), you agree to be bound by those changes whether or not you have had actual notice of, or have read, the relevant changes. If you do not agree to be bound by relevant changes, you should not continue to use the Website or the Online Casino any further and close your account.
10. Reservation of rights
10.1 We reserve, at our sole discretion, the right to:
- refuse to register any applicant for registration on the Website or the Online Casino.
- refuse to accept any wager on the Online Casino.
- change, suspend, remove, modify or add any game or tournament on the Online Casino
10.3 We reserve the right to reasonably withhold any pay out or winning amount until the identity of the winning person is verified to our satisfaction in order to ensure that payment of the winning amount is being made to the correct person. For this purpose, we appoint you to the term stated in 5.8. Any suspicious activity on an account could lead to the player being reported to the relevant authorities and freezing of the funds and could also lead to the closure of the account and conﬁscation of the funds
10.4 In the event that we will suspect abuse, fraud, fraudulent activity on your part or any of your payments are charged back, we will have the right to withhold any pay-out or winning amounts due to you and if necessary, to lawfully collect any payments owed by you. If playing in any of the live games, in any event of suspected card counting we further reserve the right to withhold any withdrawal amount from your account which will be in excess of your original deposit.
10.5 REFUNDS: We may, at any time, without prior notice to you terminate your use of the online casino and block your player account, if it considers that you are in breach of any of the terms and provisions of this Agreement or that you are otherwise acting illegally. We will not be under any obligation in such circumstances to refund or otherwise reimburse you for any of the funds in your player account. Deposits made by any payment method which resulted in an credited player balance, are not subject to refund obligations from the Casino.
10.6 In the event that we suspect that a player is acting as a part of the Player’s collusion undertaken with the intent of defrauding and cheating, meaning by using the same or similar names, address, telephones, email addresses, same or similar dynamic IP addresses, computer or other devices and acting on same or similar pattern, We reserve the right to block the relevant Account(s). Following the internal investigation We reserve the right to close an Account or Accounts at any time and to cancel all the transactions, bets, waive winnings and deduct bonuses from all relevant Accounts.
10.7 24Bettle reserves the right to block regular or tournament play and/or prize distribution should any evidence of multi-accounting or collusion arise.
10.8 Where We close the Player’s Account and terminate the Agreement pursuant to Multiple-accounting, Collusion, Cheating, Fraud and Criminal Activity or Breach of the Terms and Conditions, the balance of the Player’s Account, Player’s approved but not yet payed withdrawals and/or jackpot winnings will be non-refundable and deemed to be forfeited to the extent of any claim that the Company may have against the Player at the date of such closure.
10.9 We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to offer and advertise from time to time promotions, bonuses or other special offers and each such offer will be subject to specific terms and conditions which will be valid for a limited period of time. You acknowledge and understand that separate terms and conditions exist with respect to promotions, bonuses and special offers, and are in addition to this agreement. These terms are outlined in the relevant promotions information/details pages. We reserve the right to cancel/change/stop marketing promotions at any time without prior notice. In connection with the specific terms of the above promotions, bonus and special offers, we further reserve the right to withhold any withdrawal amount from your account which will be in excess of your original deposit. In addition, we reserve the right to withhold or otherwise decline or reverse any pay-out or winning amount or amend any policy in the event that we suspect that you are abusing or attempting to abuse any of the following: (i) bonuses; (ii) other promotions; or (iii) specific policy or rules determined in respect of an existing game or a new game.
We may deem a customer's behavior as “Abuse” for any of the further cases ( but not reserved only to these solely):
a. If the Player provides registration information that is false or incorrect;
b. If the Player creates multiple accounts, uses IP hiding software, as only 1 account per household, person, IP is allowed (unless awarded prior email approval by management);
c. If the Player (tries to) deposit with a credit card or a bank account which name or Account does not match the name on the credit card(s) or bank account;
d. When the player is from countries prohibited for promotions and obtained one or prohibited to play in general online by jurisdiction;
e. If different Players share the same payment solution (for example two Players who make withdrawals or deposits to the same Neteller account);
f. If, intentionally or unintentionally, the Player has permitted another player to play on their personal account;
g. If, while using a promotional offer, a Player utilizes a gambling and betting pattern (e.g. Player uses an even bet pattern while betting on roulette games), uses robots or other devices that distort the normal game or if Player participates in player collusion (i.e. Before any withdrawals are processed, the User’s play will be reviewed for any irregular or unusual playing patterns. In the interests of fair gaming, equal, zero or low margin bets or hedge betting, shall all be considered irregular gaming for bonus play-through requirement purposes. Other examples of irregular game play for bonus play-through requirement purposes include but are not limited to, placing single bets equal to or in excess of 30% or more of the value of the User’s total balance (including any given bonus) until such time as the wagering requirements for that bonus have been met. h. If a Player builds a balance while playing any other game or games that are not slot games and thereafter change their game play to generate wager requirements on slot games;
i. If a Player is registered or known in any of our partner casinos or software suppliers for previous fraud, abuse or misbehavior;
j. If a Player has disputed charges for ("charged back") any of the money deposited into their account or any of our partner or software supplier casinos;
10.10 Furthermore, if upon such review, the Player practices have been deemed to be “Abuse”, We have the right to take the following actions, at our sole discretion, against such abusers:
a. All funds in any account/s belonging to such Player will be withheld and any pending bonuses or payouts will be voided.
b. Abusing Players accounts may be terminated immediately.
c. Players found to be abusing promotions may be barred from receiving further promotional offers.
10.11 24Bettle has a zero tolerance policy towards inappropriate play, bonus abuse, player’s collusion and fraudulent activity. If, in our sole determination, the Player is found to have cheated or attempted to defraud Us or any other User of any of the Games in any way including, but not limited to, game manipulation or payment fraud, or if We suspect the Player of fraudulent payment, including use of stolen credit cards, or any other fraudulent activity (including any chargeback or other reversal of a payment) or prohibited transaction (including money laundering), We reserve the right to suspend and/or close the User Account and to share this information (together with the Player’s identity) to other online gaming websites, banks, credit card companies, and appropriate agencies.
10.12 24Bettle will not be liable for any loss or damage which a Player may incur as a result of any prohibited practices, and any action We take in respect of the same will be at our sole discretion.
10.13 We reserve the right to take legal action relating to any cases of fraud related to either online financial transactions and/or the placing of bets.
10.14 We reserve the right to withdraw any bonus money and winnings; loyalty points or other promotional savings, from the player's account if the player has not logged in to his/her player account during the last six months.
10.15 We have the right to refuse or void a bonus or winnings in the event of funds being cancelled or denied by any payment service or payment provider. Your credit card statement will read ""voucherreseller.co.uk~~Epro Voucher~"".
10.16 In the event a player received, claimed or participates in a promotion which resulted in adding bonus money to his balance, all winnings or transactions made afterwards, are considered to be bonus winnings and or wagers with bonus money and or bonus winnings. Also when the terms of this promotion are met;
10.17 In the event a player received, claimed or participates in a promotion which resulted in adding bonus money to his balance, Unless otherwise stated, all bonus money needs to be either used or the complete balance withdrawn within 30 days after being credited to the customer’s account, also in the even when a KYC procedure has been started per terms 5.8. If these credits are not used, or there is no sign from the player towards addressing the KYC request, the full balance, including any winnings accrued, may be removed from the players account. No claim shall lie against us in the event the balance is forfeited in these circumstances.
10.18 We reserve the right to transfer, assign, and sublicense or pledge this Agreement, in whole or in part, to any person without notice and you will be deemed to consent to such assignment.
This agreement is effective from the moment of acceptance by clicking on the "I agree" and or using our software.
12. Governing Law
12.1 The construction, validity and performance of this agreement will be governed by the laws of Curaçao and the courts of Curaçao shall have exclusive jurisdiction. However, this shall not prevent us from bringing any action in the court of any other jurisdiction for injunctive or similar relief. The English language version of this Agreement will prevail over any other language version issued by us.
12.2 The illegality, invalidity or enforceability of any part of this agreement will not affect the legality, validity or enforceability of the remainder.
13.1 You agree to receive communications from us in an electronic form or sms texts. Electronic communications may be posted on the pages within the Website and/or the messages/help files of your client application, and/or delivered to your e-mail address. All communications in either electronic or paper format will be considered to be in "writing" and to have been received no later than five business days after posting or dissemination, whether or not you have received or retrieved the Communication. We reserve the right, but assume no obligation, to provide communications in paper format.
